John's photos

Here are some photos that John sent and that I think he wants on here.  I have a good internet signal from the back porch now so up they go ...
This is to remind me of the Karmen Ghia convertible that I used to have!

  1. Those cars remind me of the old Alfa Romeo Janski was always repairing. You needed a wrench to open the door. We tooled around Germany in something called a DKW (Deutsche Kinderwagen!LOL). Not so sporty. I used to dream about owning an MGB GT. I had to settle for a more practical car.

  2. those were the days ... but I do love my car now, a toyota yaris. It's practical but also a bit funky, and great gas mileage. I especially like the way it handles. For the first time in my life, I feel like I am driving the car. I guess with all the driving I've been doing, I've formed a kind of relationship with it. I never felt this way about a car before.
