red, blue, green

Don't ask me.

Meanwhile, the budding is happening, but it still looks (and feels) more like winter ...

  1. The green is probably some kind of tree fungus. The others are, no doubt, signals to those who care for the forest. The red may mean the tree must come down. I noticed one of the maples along my street was cut down recently. The city usually uses a painted ring around the tree, but I forget whether they use red or yellow.

Day was sunny but cold here. It felt refreshing to me. I have been mostly indoors trying to overcome a food poisoning episode. It took 8 days to clear my system.

  2. You are lucky to get the sun, Barbara. Very little sun around here this winter.

Oh my, food poisoning is rough! Hope you are over it and back to normal.
