I was a bit unsure about Voisse, but it is a great (and free!) web facility to enhance a blog. Good to hear your voice, beth.
Here we have rain on and off, but that makes the formerly snow-covered ground truly green again. I just noticed our trees are budding now. Pretty soon the crabapples nearby will be in bloom. The lilac bush beneath my window is also budding. I see bluebells (I think that is what they are!) and perennials are peeking through the soil. Spring comes late, but quickly here. I just adore the tinge of green in the treetops that arch over my street! It will be a sunnier weekend, I understand.
Sounds like you are having a wonderful spring, Barbara. I was intrigued with the Voisse software and wanted to try it out. I really thing that this is the way things are headed - away from the written word and more toward an audio/visual form of media. I would like to get more comfortable just spontaneously talking (and not saying "um" so much).
But I also think that maybe I talk about the weather too much on this blog ... and maybe I need to get more serious (or something) and say something more substantial. dunno ...
Mainly I use this blog as a way to keep track of what we are doing and where we are, though ... and I like to have it to look back and see what we were up to at certain times. But I'm starting to consider putting up a blog more more like yours. Again ... dunno ...
I enjoyed hearing your voice, Beth, but I think I would miss the printed word. Also it would be harder for you to keep records from the voice version alone. I would enjoy whatever you write, substantial or not.
