driving south (top to bottom)

Ice on the car windows for the first time when I left Cranberry TWP on Monday morning.  Heading south, it warmed up quickly.  It's a different world down here.
Windshield getting dirty.  Above is one of the paper mills in S. Georgia.  I love this low country.
Got this moss at one of the gas stations (Georgia)
Definitely Florida Sky.

  2. Enjoyed the progress of pictures. Yes, Florida really does have special cloud formations. They lead to our spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Welcome home!

  3. nothing but car and house problems since I got home. every day there is a crisis. when I got home the electricity in the house was so screwy that FPL turned it off. last weekend I developed a pencil sized leak in my gas tank and gasoline poured all over the garage and then the driveway. I worried about fire all weekend. finally, today, the car is in the shop and I am looking for a rental car. only internet is when I walk over to starbuck's (about a mile away).

  4. Gosh, how awful. It just seems that everything is going wrong all over the place for everybody. I hope today things are better for you, and your gasoline puddle has dried up. Has the electricity problem been resolved? Is Jubilee with you? I'm sending well wishes to you.

  5. It's been a real challenge, Sally. I'm meditating! The gas has dried up but it still smells. Big cables still all over the back yard. FPL has to come and replace the underground stuff. And I picked up my car from the stop this morning and so far, seems to be running ok. Yes, Jubilee is with me and seems to be untroubled about all the little crises. Thanks for your well wishes. My gosh, it's still so hot here isn't it?
